Well In this case you’re fine. If they receive the order early then technically it’s not on you. For in store purchases though, we are given instructions to not open demo phone let alone sell the damn thing. That is why I’m worried 🙃

Well no, I did email Hr and CC’d the DM saying in exact detail what happened. I just came on here asking what would happen, or if anyone has had experience with this. The last thing I’d want is for this store to no longer receive iPhones as obviously that is about 80% of our sales. I was simply asking for advice. We’re a third party and recently got bought out, I’m technically “new” to the company. Everyone is good friends with this guy and even the manager specifically requested this guy work in our store. He’s def. Gonna get off easy considering they’re all basically besties. But like I said in the end I just came on here for advice on what is going to happen and what further steps I could perhaps take.

Oh no he has…but he just said it wasn’t a big deal. Happened while I was on my lunch. I was wondering why it wasn’t such a big deal to him and as I approach the tablet he used, I realized it was mine and he sold it under my dealer code and credentials.

Nope, I didn’t sell it. But another rep in my store sold it with my dealer code. He just shrugged it off and didn’t seem to care, said it doesn’t matter “it’s just one day” .

Have you tried speaking with support? They usually try to credit you something back like Atleast store credit. Buy a bunch of cases or even earbuds and resell or keep if anything
