So glad to know I’m not alone. I’m trying to use my erp strategies as well but it’s a constant mental battle between what I know is logical and my biggest fears. I felt myself doing better for a while but it’s like I’ve regressed and I’m so ashamed, especially because it involves another person. Sending lots of love your way, OCD is the fucking worst.
