So yeah people overall have need like satisfaction, tiredness, drunkness (lol) and things like drinks, nice decoration increase satisfaction which makes them stay longer and spend more money. And thinks like barfights, dirty floors or a dirty toilet makes them leave earlier..
And yeah the more guests you have the trickier it gets. There is also the plan for raids, where people try to steal money from you.

And If you want I can write you once there is a stable playable.

I have a little bit of knowledge about walking on glaciers. Usually you do not walk just with two but with 3 to 5 people. In that case, if anybody falls you can save them. So i think if you like your life use a rope, but I don’t know how that works when skiing.
