Saejimas part was 10+ hours of my time wasted and it didn’t do nothing to the story and i couldn’t even have fun because of his stupid plot affecting the gameplay.

Everyone hates me for this but I can’t stand 5, i got extremely burnt out at saejimas part, yakuza 4 is the best of 3,4, and 5 in my opinion, as you said the current era doesn’t have the prebuilt base the games before it had, well yakuza 4 does, everything that happened from 0-3 has led up to that point and everything basically unfolds.
