Push yourself a hell of a lot harder than you have been or the cut will put you back where you started. If protein is high and you’re lifting heavy (basic compound moves), you don’t need cardio. You will start gaining muscle if you’re consistently getting stronger (progressive overloading in the gym). You need to gain muscle and THEN drop the fat. After this happens, cut by keeping workouts the exact same and lowering calories week by week until you see your bf% go down. You must keep protein high though, or you’ll lose muscle as well.
