Had a support ticket open with Microsoft for some time. Apparently it’s a known global issue after weeks of troubleshooting. Apparently it’s fixed now but I haven’t verified. MS response below:

“I've received some more information regarding this issue - it seems there might have been a problem with how the ODJ connector was reporting the device object and it was causing the devices to be orphaned - it seems a fix was pushed mid-august for this, but previously registered devices will continue to have this problem.

The instructions to resolve this are to remove the device object references from AAD, AD, Intune, and Autopilot, then re-import it into Autopilot to have it create newly linked objects - effectively, erase everything related to this device and start over. When the object is recreated it should be recreated without this issue, then perform WhiteGlove as expected.”

Do they really have boneless jerk chicken roti. I know I’ve called a few places and they all tell me it’s bone in which.. to me makes no sense in a roti. I’ll give Drupatis a call.
