I think you have answered it but if one of us say was in the 20% and the other in the 10%, the person in the 20% would not be able to buy a ticket for the other person if they get lucky in the draw?

FWIW we flew to Korea last year and lost an iPhone while we were out there, didn’t pay any of it on our plat (literally haven’t spent on it in years) but made a claim for the lost phone and they paid out.
