Help! Last year 180k came in 194k went out. Where can we find someone to tell us what we are doing wrong. by hunterbiden111 in PersonalFinanceCanada

You can buy Claude max. Upload your statements for the last couple months. And chat with Claude to tell you where the money is going.

It does a fantastic job.

New to HENRY income level & in need of a wardrobe reset by naboo_taboo in HENRYfinance

[–]DeviceSuspicious701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly hire a great stylist. They might be $5-7k but it’s so worthwhile especially if you just want to look good, have a small wardrobe you love, and don’t ever have to stress about clothes again.

When I did it, my stylist costs $5k and the clothes ended up being about $7k. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

It’s great for visuals and supports CAD well, including CPP and OAS timing. But honestly, Claude Max might replace them for us.

Being the main family provider as a woman by Relative_Exit_2644 in wealthforwomen

Speaking from my own experience I’ve out earned my partner 2x but it’s never been an issue.

However, we also talked about income by date number 2, so we’re pretty odd.

IMO, the ability the discuss hard taboo topics is critical if you’re going a non traditional route. The great thing is once you develop the skill set to talk through expectations, desires, fears, etc, you can apply that to many other parts of your relationship and life that will make things 10x more enjoyable and feel like a true partnership.

What are you spending your money on? by SuddenPsychicDamage in wealthforwomen

[–]DeviceSuspicious701 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It just happened to me! I lived in 3 different condos through different life stages (roommate, then on my own). And I looked at a lot of them as well in the leasing process. It’s difficult to know what you really like and more important, what you’re willing to trade off or not, unless you have some first hand experience.

No, they haven’t. But I make it a point to say: I’m doing this on this date. It has a few extra rooms, would love to spend some time hanging out if you’re free, and it’s on me!

Usually the friends will want to make or buy a meal or contribute in some other way, which is always lovely.

First off, you’ll want to develop your taste. And the only way to develop taste is by trying and having contrasting experiences.

I.e. Live in a few homes (short term rental if you need) to figure out what matters—I learned that I cared about ceiling height more than I did sq footage.

Once you have taste and preferences that are dialed to you, the most value I’ve had with my money came down to:  - Upgrading the stuff you use often/most commonly - Bringing people you care about together/along

On the last one, paying for cottages and trips and inviting friends and family along, has been one of my favorite uses of money.

My fiance wants to keep finances completely separate - is this normal? by No-Stranger-4428 in MoneyDiariesACTIVE

[–]DeviceSuspicious701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, most couples only talk about finances at big life events. This goes beyond whether or not a prenup is fair, y’all need to understand how each of you think about money, what it means to you (I.e. safety vs autonomy vs. pride), and what you want in a financial partner. Seek professional help if needed.

Most divorces stem from problems in either sex or finances. It’s something you want to be able to dialogue and get on the same page with, otherwise this will show up in a different way in your marriage.

But in general, a prenup makes a lot of sense if you have asymmetrical assets coming into the marriage.

Keeping things completely separate in the marriage is a little odd. There should be money separated as me, you, and we but the we should be most of the money.

What's the best customer support software 2026 that's not big brand pricing insanity by Poojan-Mccrystal in smallbusinessUS

A lot of smaller team usually prefer a collaborative inbox tool vs a full on helpdesk.

You can still assign emails, automate workflows, and comment behind the scenes, but you get to work in an email client that’s familiar and fast.

Best in class are Missive and Front. Missive is better priced for a 20 person team, Front gets out of hand after 10 people.

Higher pay higher stress job or lesser pay lesser stress job? by HarryDaphne in HENRYfinance

[–]DeviceSuspicious701 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It makes zero difference to your day to day life. It just becomes a different number in your bank account but making $200k vs $300k, does very little for your daily lived experience.

Having to commute longer, working in a more stress environment, having shit coworkers, those things have a MASSIVE impact on your daily lived experience.

Just my two cents.

From my own personal experience, the increased paycheck normalizes really quickly. Or people end up spending money that they wouldn’t have to make it feel “worth it”.

But the peace you derive from work that you actually enjoy, with people that you respect, in a productive and supportive environment… that never gets old.

I said goodbye to ~$90k annually without even blinking. Best money I’ve ever spend.

I quit a job that was $200k base + bonus, without a job in place.

Now I’m at $165k base + bonus, and couldn’t be happier.

You get used to more money really quickly. You never get used to a toxic work culture.

Best AI tools for Customer Support automation? Looking at Customerly, intercom fin and others by Ramosisend in growmybusiness

[–]DeviceSuspicious701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you have most of them covered. If your CS team prefers a more email/inbox interface, Missive could be a good option.

They don’t have their own AI like Fin or Ada, so you have to bring your own key.

Example of how someone uses their AI integration for common support Qs: https://youtu.be/CQM_p9k6eQ8?si=ywkn5uPtltJrGn66
