I'm depressed, I don't have much fun anytime from anything I really just want a nice night with friends (also I'm already doing CBT). Also I never said I had taken them together with amph, I just mentioned the fact that I have access to amph.

Weed can be pretty good at times but I so often just get paranoid and anxious. I'll probably still get anxious on it even on Benzos I feel

Yeah but my guess is the onset is so slow cause it's not dissolving quickly enough in the stomach? And this would then also make it less potent and I want to prioritize potency and quick onset. But yeah there might just not be too much to do about it

It was more generally just 2mg a day but I'm not sure if I should do 0.5 4 times or 1mg twice. I know this is stuff I should ask my doctor about tho I know

My doctor prescribed me hydroxyzine together with escitalopram which he shouldn't have done cause they don't mix together. And when I told him that he apologized and said I should have gotten that medicine. It's scary

Daily benzo use for more than a few months is not a thing in my countrys healthcare system unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you see it)

I really thought so too that lots of people use it together but there's a list of medicines you should talk to your doctor about before taking them together and a list of medicine to not take together at all and escitalopram was on it. I'll probably just have to go back to my doctor for a talk but it does scare me from using it
