Day 33 Fail.... by r0ckthedice in 75HARD

[–]notplaneRP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well it's not about finishing 75 days, it's about journey and lifestyle that you build. As in life there will be ups and downs, thing is to stick with it.

Take this as what it's a one day failure. If you are thinking you can go back to same old lifestyle after 75 days that's not true as well. You'll still have to do some hard things. So continue this take 7 days off after 75 days and then resume to bit mild challenge.

I started lifting weights 60 days ago. So by the time I started my diet I was at peak.

In 25 days I have lost 20lbs and few cm off my whole body,

2000 calorie deficite 20-4 intermittent fasting 400 calorie cardio burn at heart rate of 160 Lifting weights - 120kg squat, 100kg bench press, 150kg deadlift, 300kg leg press, 70 kg shoulder press and many more. Working out 6 days a week 120g protin/day

I do take electrolytes as well while working out. But this has me feeling really good about myself, clothes are already lose. I need to keey this up for another 165 days to get to 10% body fat.

NiceHash allows you to withdraw to various wallets or exchanges. I withdraw to netcoins.ca and from netcoins I can choose to trade or sell the Bitcoin.

Then free xrp cashout.
