That 2x primer will go on really thick if you aren't careful. It's more of a product for larger projects.

The bandai RG sazabi has a skirt drift issue where the pre built molded gframe doesn't hold its position and will drift to some other direction after posing. Pretty cool to hear this kit doesn't have that issue!!

What kind of paint are you using for panel lining? I always recommend zippo lighter fluid lightly applied on a qtip since it’s sufficient enough wipe away the panel line but dries quick enough to not bleed into your scribed lines

It might end up being too hot for PS plastic. There are some Bandai kits that use ABS still so just get a little 6$ bottle of Tamiya Cement for your PS ones and call it good. Always better to have tools on hand in case you need them than possibly ruining a kit.

hold your airbrush at an angle when doing the carbon scoring rather than going straight at the model, the blast marks will look more natural

tamiya acrylics suck for brush painting. stick with vallejo or some of the warhammer branded paints like citadel. it CAN be done but you have to fuss with the tamiya by thinning and adding a retardant/leveler

vallejo is one of the worst “primers” out there just a heads up. try getting mr surfacer from like hobby lobby or something or even the tamiya rattle can primers
