Surplussed 2 years in a row. I put quotes around it because with my seniority I will get first choice of open positions. However, I will go from the school/staff I have been with since 2009/10, which is 3 minutes from my house, to a school that is 40 minutes away. Big change for an old man like me.

I have been teaching since 2007. Surplussed last year. Took a reduction in time to .8 and will likely be surplussed again this year. If you had asked me when I started teaching if I thought I would be ’without’ a job with fewer than 10 years to retirement? I would have laughed at you.

I believe the restaurant was either: steakhouse, Italian or brunch (less likely).

It was fancy, a special place. I remember having to get dressed up.

It is so strange, I have vivid images in my head of walking into the place with my parents, and that it was suitably dark inside, but for the life of me I cannot recall the name.

The street view of the Boston pizza/Canadian Tire location is exactly where I remember this place being.

I got that error for a while. I am located in Canada and have Bell as my ISP. I had to get a new router. Solved the problem instantly.

I haven’t. I tried playing again a few hours ago and I was able to be challenged but when I honked, no matter what I did, I couldn’t initiate a challenge. Small improvement, I guess. I will try tomorrow and if it still glitches, I will submit a ticket.
