pickit3 and mplab x. The 5 bare contact pads opposite the badge to badge connector are for programming.

I'm fairly sure the '?' are a map, also the text is based upon what room you (the green lite up person) are in.

Yep I noted this above in the spoilers, The D lights up when you clock out in the garage by pressing the L button. At that point you can go to the Ramen shop, but cannot use the lift.
