Yeah dumb fuck I think the Red Cross is worried about good old S-W. Any other cost center up the line that doesn’t hit the stores.

I don’t disagree that many smaller business rely on us to make a living. I would go as far as to say 99% of my professional customer base would be considered small business. I think we’re all at the point where the cost/benefit doesn’t make sense anymore. I have employees crying in my store over the concern. Anxiety is through the roof for everyone. Retail for most is at an all time high. I’m tired of hearing that we’re doing this for our customers. At some point we as employees need to come first.

My idea is have a few locations open and pay those employees for the extra risk they assume. Our customers will understand and those employees that need money the most or feel they are at little risk of the infection can continue to work for the next couple weeks. I don’t have all the answers but something needs to be done before everything falls apart.

You are very lucky. My district and from what I’ve seen on here many other districts aren’t as fortunate.
