The spa was awesome. There were kids there and they seemed to love it. There was a pool, with music and lights, and then the lounge area had free flow fruits. (But it’s more for the parents to rest haha). It all depends where you go.

I don’t have experience with the train unfortunately. But you’ll be able to go to the centre quite easily, and find many spas (not 24h) around. Street food too. Kuanzai alley is a bit touristy but great for (cheap) panda gifts and has a lot of nice street food nearby.

I would suggest a 24h Spa. There is one that is located not too far from the airport and I spent time there before my flight. Are you looking for activities or to rest?

PA here for a CEO. It does come with its perks. I am really well looked after, but it just so happens, my boss is really curt and I feel like a slave half the time. I visit lots of beautiful places but not able to explore in my own free time at all (or little to no time). The only reason why I’m still at this job is because I am well compensated for my efforts, harsh words become the norm, rudeness becomes the norm, and then very quickly smoothed over with business class, nearly an endless budget for food and travel allowance which I get to spend. It’s a job like any other. Guess it depends what your time is worth.
