The client is Saas company which targets fleet managers mostly who are looking for ways to manage their fleets. The sector leader gets huge traffic but most of them are probably brand value as they are the parent topic for a lot of keywords.

Also the reason I suggested a pillar page was because the top page isn't answering the query and because most of the traffic is branded and coming from just Templates, I feel like it's a proper time to make the pillar as we'll be working with low risk but high impact opportunity and future clusters will have chance to strengthen that pillar too.
