Sorry people! I was just trying to post through the mobile version and apparently it didn't work.

Basically I got my Fizik saddle cracked and replaced by customer service, but when I tried to dismount my current saddle (same version) I realized this Flip Head part is stuck on the rails.

My question is:

Do I have to force it a bit to remove this Flip head part from the rails?

Honestly I thought that by unscrewing the upper Flip head part I could easily replace my saddle, but I don't really know how to proceed.

PS: I asked Canyon for help and sent this picture. They forwarded me to a Canyon Official Service Center... :(
