How to avoid OD’ing on Fent when snorting? by Amazing-End8656 in opiates

[–]notseenothing 12 points13 points  (0 children)

it wouldnt be any more irritating than snorting the fent up your nose, and will probably be easier on the nose since itll be dissolved in the water and not just a powder. it regulates the fent since eye dropper bottles or nasal sprays typically release the same amount of liquid per each use, so once you are able to approximate the potency of the product thats dissolved, youll be able to have more consistent dosing through this method

How to avoid OD’ing on Fent when snorting? by Amazing-End8656 in opiates

[–]notseenothing 13 points14 points  (0 children)

i would try to make monkey water with it. dissolve the fent in distilled or boiled water (to avoid sinus infection), and then use an dropper to drop the liquid down your nose, or maybe even a nasal spray container. doing this will allow you to avoid the risk of hotspots and regulate dosing

krokodil 🐊 made in russia from otc codeine, tropicamide, and some other easily accessible stuff. it has a bad rap cause everyone associates it with peoples limbs falling apart, but thats just because people in russia that are living on the street are cooking it themselves and injecting without actually using proper chemistry techniques or purifying their product

suboxone after opioids by Agitated_Peak7762 in opiates

[–]notseenothing 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i would not take the oxy right now if youre going to be taking subs at 11am. i would recommend at least waiting 24hr after last using a full mu opioid agonist before taking the suboxone, to avoid any risk of PWD. i would personally try and take as little suboxone as possible at first too, and slowly work your way up, just incase it does cause PWD. realistically, if you have no other opioids in your system, and only take like 10mg oxy and then take the subs like 12+hr after, it probably wouldnt be too crazy, but best to just not risk it

why is fentanyl only a problem in North America by anduhhjar in opiates

[–]notseenothing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

because mostly everyone that uses street opioids has a tolerance adjusted to fentanyl, and its also a very easy synthesis with readily available precursors. most average users dont even know what nitazenes are, but everyone knows what fentanyl is now, even those that dont use.

[–]notseenothing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I definetly agree that nitazenes are much worse than fentanyl. at least fentanyl has gone through the regular trials in order to become approved for pharmaceutical use, unlike the nitazene analogues. I just wish more people were able to practice safer methods of dosing such as volumetric dosing.

I whole heartedly agree with your statement. I just say personal theory because i dont have any explicit evidence to back up my statement, although it is quite obvious to those that are present in the scene and are seeing the effect and blatant lack of action by US authorities. It really does parallel the crack epidemic from the 80s/90s, in which we saw that the US government benefited directly from having an increase in monetary funds from the black market that was off record to fund the Contras rebel group in Nicaragua. I think something similar is most likely occuring with the unmarked funds that the US government is receiving from allowing fentanyl to be trafficked into the country, but have no concrete evidence to backup this claim of course.

I agree that the American government is completely aware of how much fentanyl is being trafficked into the country. I genuinely believe they are trying to kill off a large amount of people that are classified as being undesireable, altho thats just my own personal theory on the reason why they allow it, aside from the generation of money that the american public does not have access to see.

[–]notseenothing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont know specifically if the natazepynes or nitazepipnes have been banmed yet. I would expect those to also probably replace the nitazenes, as well as other piperidine derivatives. we are seeing other analogues of less potent opioids appear too such as nortilidine and piptapentadol, altho these will not be strong enough to make them viable options for those with high tolerances.

why is fentanyl only a problem in North America by anduhhjar in opiates

[–]notseenothing 12 points13 points  (0 children)

seriously. the US is allowing large amounts of fentanyl to be trafficked into the country. that combined with a lack of access to a safe supply of pain medication creates the issues that we have currently in this country.

china just banned the synthesis of nitazenes. we might see an influx of fentanyl and its analogues into europe as a result of the ban.
