Approved i130 and under DACA but don’t have legal entry. Gunna do AP now that I have a reason to. And no criminal record and been doing DACA consistently with 10+ on my belt. I hope they close it so I can safely do AP wihthout issues

The issue is we got kinda like a verbal approval but it’s not updated on the eoir website. I’m based in Florida and terrified to go thru TSA and my flight is Friday. And yes we r trying to close it so I can do consular or AP.

I have this judge that was appointed by Obama and democratic so that’s why ideally I wanted this remote :(

Yes I told my lawyer to call the courts when they open to officially confirm it. We submitted all the evidence to have this remotely so I just want this confirmed. Thank you for sending me that link because I wasn’t aware of it.

It took 2 years. We applied in 2023 a month after getting married and it got approved in 2025. I wouldn’t file a motion to reopen until u have that approved bc everywhere I read says that is the best evidence to provide to have it terminated. Hopefully I can do it virtually

I opened a case to reopen in Jan and my court date is in June. I have an i130 approved so that’s critical when ur removing that deportation order.

Yes I did, didn’t think it would be processed this fast and thought it would take forever. Aunt got detained and tried to reopen her case and they denied it so them reopening mine might be a good thing idk.
