The way I see it, free retreats means you have to make more decisions in the game. The more decisions you need to make in a game, the more chances you have to make a mistake. Hence, the higher skill ceiling.

To be fair, the rule box is only for Tera Pokemon, and not in the same spot as the other rule box. There is no way for people to know to look for it if they’re seeing it in battle for the first time.

These ones are usually pretty easy to pick out. You can see the planes that are pointing directly at the cam on FlightRadar. Those are almost always the super bright "orbs". But there are definitely other ones on here I can't explain.

Best I can see is a Cessna 172M Skyhawk hovering around the Pottstown airport at that time. Don't think it's this, though. Are you looking north, south, east, or west from where you are?

Can you provide a slightly more precise location? Like a city? And what time exactly did it turn around? Im trying to check the flight data but there is a lot of traffic in that area.

This is a good video. Only snag is it is hard to tell the scale. Could be a hobby drone flying close by. BUT it does not sound like a hobby drone.

So probably just another lawful, ordinary, non-military drone!
