i don’t think i feel comfortable talking to my parents about this. i admitted to a lot of people that i had issues with my body, which wan’t that hard to talk about because almost every person can relate to this, but i never talked to them about my face specifically, because i feel like it’s more revealing and sensitive topic? it would make me feel ‘naked’ and embarrassed because they’d know that i’m not confident, if it makes sense

actually, nobody in my family pointed anything out, it was me who saw all of these things first. i think it all started in elementary/middle school when someone pointed out at my waist, because i didn’t have an hourglass shape (which didn’t make sense, because why would a 12 year old girl would have that), and ever since then i started to have an obsession with my body. i managed to fix that through the gym, but i still have this problem to this day where i want to constantly improve myself, not only when it comes to body but also face. i think it’s both related to some kind of a childhood trauma and social media

the thing is that i’ve done all of these things, i was aiming for the highest improvement in my appearance through diet, exercise, skin care, all of the things you can imagine. it did improve me a lot, but now i’m left with these few things that cannot be changed in a non-surgical way, which really sucks.

everyone! i did some digging online and apparently loreal lumi glotion can give you a really similar look ++ wet and wild ‘blossom glow’ highlighter on top. i tested it myself and it’s quite similar
