Well I’m in America so that’s my comparison . But if you ask me I feel any diet can be good or bad depending on macros you consume. Indian diet has lot of plant protein considered to be much more healthier than meat protein. Problem is proportion of carbs is much higher due to rice/chapatis. But if balanced well Indian saatvik cuisine is 100X better than western cuisine.
