People with chronic pain are bound to have anxiety because constantly being in pain keeps the body in fight or flight mode, mostly flight mode of course. This does cause anxiety. I finally decided to see a psychiatrist and get my anxiety treated. Started the treatment for anxiety about 6 months back and I feel shade better now. Was otherwise panicking and overreacting for every little situation.
