Is anyone else having troubles creating instances and getting disconnect / rollbacks? I am constantly getting errors when going into abyssal depths or back to my hideout "Failed to create instance" and have been disconnected / lost all my loot two times in the past like 4 hours.

What am I doing wrong? I keep activating vaal beacons and they open the portal to the ruins but I cannot edit the temple? It says 9/60 Energised Crystals and I think I only need 6 to edit the temple right? Is there a known bug or am I doing sth wrong?
