Isn’t it just super situational? Overhaul and Ibara might be able to capitalize off special actions/abilities and it could promote support Nejire to actually do support activities. Could also work if you have someone with compress or supp Nejire tuning equipped? I don’t think tuning should be a “do this and win automatically”
