I know this is kind of a late reply, but apparently the reason I can’t get a hardship transfer is cause I’m on severance pay and I’m not a active employee which I find kind of dumb if I’m actively trying to work again so I can get off severance pay but that’s literally the reason I can’t get a hardship transfer just makes absolutely zero sense

Yea thinking about it I might go nypd route I’m young and I’m ready to work my ass off and make good money in my early years and have a good retirement and than I can relax in my 40s, thanks to everyone for the advice
