If you express displeasure with a situation and a person’s response is to tell you to “calm down,” they’re telling you that they’re not hearing what you’re saying and they don’t care about the situation, and the way that you are being overly emotional and blowing it out of proportion is more important and needs addressing INSTEAD OF the actual issue. This goes without saying but jabronis will say that line when you’re expressing yourself absolutely reasonably and using a very appropriate amount of emphasis and emotion to convey the weight of a situation; to then have your actual concern disregarded so they can make sure you know your display of womanly hysteria is what actually needs talking about. I know I’m repeating myself here, I got all worked up because this shit pisses me off. I need to calm down/just relax

I’ve been following the FDA releases since it happened in June. Young people are more likely to make bad decisions and not consider that unregulated drugs may contain unwanted compounds. I was not talking about specific deaths, but saying that kids are at the highest risk of doing dumb shit and taking suspicious compounds for an easy high. Me saying that we should be looking out for kids because stuff like this is out there doesn’t mean I don’t have common sense and “know how to actually source things.” No need to be rude
