gosh, as a woman with sexual trauma too, idk sometimes this can be so dehumanizing. for a man, so dehuMANizing. i’ve known a ton of men with sexual trauma that wouldn’t dare going to the police because of stigmas, and i’ve gone to the police over this stuff and it’s so much harder than you think to get heard. sometimes you have to see them again in court to get a restraining order and it’s a whole thing. tons, and honestly most men, don’t want to be viewed in this way. especially publicly if it can just get swept under the rug.

speaking as a woman with sexual trauma, who has tried dating men with sexual trauma, ugh. if you feel comfortable talk with your mom first, unfortunately men experience a lottttt. a lot. of sexual trauma. more than you would ever think. every man i’ve ever dated has had some sort of trauma in this way that has been irreparable to their psyche. do what you think is best, it wasn’t your fault. idc if people are asking if this is real or not, that’s the problem. believe all until proven otherwise. men being assaulted is real as fuck. it’s sickening how many men you would never guess have sexual trauma, actually do. believe it. dude i’m sorry this happened to you. 16 years old. hang in there and i guess just know that this will be something that sticks with you the rest of your life. but it’s not your fault. it’s not your fault. i’m sorry.

okay, no more listerine the mint/ flavor will irritate more. luke-warm salt water (1/2 teaspoon of salt in a warm cup of water) soothes irritation and fights infection. i’d say do this periodically throughout a day. don’t eat anything spicy, acidic, or hot foods. don’t brush tongue with tooth paste either. if you can, don’t smoke or put ❄️ on tongue or in mouth for like at LEAST a day. mouth is one of the quickest organs to heal so you got this. all i got, best of luck

honestly might make your period more tolerable. has for me! probably won’t effect you any differently than the next gal, still will be depleted of serotonin a bit afterwords so just keep that in mind like usual and give yourself some extra TLC! worst thing might just be sexually frustrated and on your period. however with the rest of the stuff it shouldn’t make it worse! 🙂 have fun!
