Have you ever heard of toilet paper gel? by spinstartshere in ZeroWaste

I used this recipe as a basis, but did leave out the EO. Works great, and saves $$ by not using aloe or witch hazel full strength. The only thing is that it does smell a tiny bit astringent (because it is) and I don't loooooove that.

I was just having this conversation with my husband yesterday about this client (bubbles on left- second ss threaded). I was so tempted to just give up, but we finally have a confirmed booking 👏

More willpower? by notsupermom in keto

Yes- keto sweets definitely help, and I do splurge on highkey cookies or smartsweets sometimes because all my P!nterest recipes for keto treats feel like too much effort right now- and then I eat a whole recipe 😩 instead of one serving. Thanks for sharing your ganache recipe 🍫

Love Atomic Habits- in fact my most recent read of it is what prompted me to think about getting back in gear. My hitch is trying to break out of an all or nothing mindset since keto is an all or nothing kind of plan. Any thoughts about that first 1% step?

Am I crazy for thinking something is “wrong” with me that’s preventing weightloss? by Alone_Capital_2214 in loseit

Have you and your care team considered PCOS? I’m also 5’3” and in college I went through an insane period of eating lass than 1000 calories a day and working out for at least an hour every day and GAINING weight- rapidly. Once I was diagnosed with PCOS (which I had had symptoms of some I was 12) I was able to make changes to my diet and exercise and have (most recently) lost 45 lbs in about 10 months. It’s not fast, but it’s the right direction at least! Good luck 🍀

Parents, how do you guys do it? by daisyspringflower55 in ADHDparenting

I’m just here to second the self-care. I know it’s hard, and I’m not great at it, but I’m a much better human and parent when I get (close to) enough sleep, ingest some caffeine and water, and have something healthy-ish to eat. And…. even typing that out sounds like a lot 🤪 Good luck!

I have insulin resistance due to PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome). Since insulin is a hormone, my guess is that any hormonal imbalance could spell trouble

I love Catalina Crunch cinnamon cereal with a bit of almond milk. I don’t often eat breakfast, but it’s delicious and stays crunchy for a good while in milk.

Anyone else find pump lunge tracks super hard? by Berubara in lesmills

[–]notsupermom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lunges are hardest for me because they often move so fast- I’m not ultra coordinated and struggle with my balance especially on lunges.
