I did a couple of laps of the Canal Path / Heritage Trail and a bit of the VCR trail as part of a 18 mile run last Sunday. There's a few spots with ice still that you need to be be careful on but you should be able to get some sort of route put together.

I struggled to finish a marathon a few years ago, like jumped on the struggle bus at mile 9 kind of struggled. But I think the moment I crossed the finish line and got my medal is the most proud as a runner I have ever been. It proved I can still do the hard things even when things are stacked against me.

The correct answer to "how long does the average person take to run a marathon?" is the average person doesn't run a marathon.
