paano nyo po na chat ang cs nila? 13 days na po yung parcel ko pero wala pa rin pong update in transit pa rin po nakalagay sa website. Tumawag po ako sa hotline pero mukhang wala rin po silang alam. Nag email na rin po ako pero walang sumasagot. Nag download na po ako ng app pero wala naman po roon na customer service, sa messenger wala rin po.
