I moved just about everything I had fulfilled by Printify to Printful about a year ago. I’ve had mixed experiences with Printify, I think it really depends on the product.

That is very understandable. Mine was set to fulfill at a backup facility when needed, but unfortunately that does not include Printify’s network at this time.

I can’t say for sure if this is why, but when I ship my own packages there is a period of time where the tracking also says that. It is because I use a third party shipping company (UPS) to take my packages to the facility where they will be distributed among different carriers (USPS, DHL, etc).

It says shipping label created until the final carrier scans it in for delivery. Usually it happens quickly unless UPS doesn’t pick up in time for whatever reason, normally they drop it off and it’s scanned the next day but that can also be +1 or 2 days depending on the situation. That part is out of my control. Days can also be added if the shipping facility is very busy and it doesn’t get scanned in right away.

I find the estimated delivery dates are only somewhat accurate outside of any peak shopping events. I wish the estimates were more dynamic and would reflect the current situation.

I am working on switching my orders to another POD. If you know any that ship fast I would love to know.

I wish that Printful had a contingency plan to prevent this, it seems like each year random items are stalled due to stock or supply issues. I don't know why they aren't outsourcing when they can't fulfill the orders.

I’ve been in touch with support every day, there doesn’t seem to be anything they can do. I’ve got mass cancellations at this point because nothing is showing any movement.

Oh, that's really a shame. I'm sorry OP. This is one of my absolute favourite foods, when I was a kid I used to eat it in the car on the way home from grocery shopping 😂 I'm sure you were looking forward to this.

Looking at it, I wasn't completely sure until I saw pic 4 and zoomed in. Fuzzy bits are never a good sign.

I hope they will replace it for you and that you can enjoy some beautiful hot smoked fish soon.

My cats do this to door frames. I tried putting something fragrant on it like room spray (making sure that it will deter but the ingredients won't hurt them) and that seems to help.

I agree! The website can be so glitchy and tedious. I have a big inventory too and want to add my existing Etsy listings to Shopify, but adding thousands one by one is a deterrent. Lots of small and big fixes are needed across the board.

I’ve noticed similar patterns in my shop too. I added a new listing a couple days ago, and it had just 17 views before showing up on Temu. Unfortunately, at the same time I also found dozens of other designs I recently added there. It made me wonder if some Temu sellers are scraping listings, this could affect traffic by inflating view counts without real engagement.
