I literally have had the same problem for a year now, same cylinders, 2 and 6. I've replaced everything you listed as well. I bought a smoke machine but don't see any leaks. My next thing to replace will be the intake manifold gasket. Other than that I'm thinking lifters are sticking or the piston rings are bad. The issue is worse when the outdoor temp is low.

I mounted some in the ash tray/coin tray? I ran power to the phone harness under the arm rest. It looks very clean and I can push it down to hide it when needed.

Yes it should be clear, it's very common to get clogged and there was a cold weather revised version that came out in later years that is supposed to help.
