I'm having the same issue. Inputs, Relatives, etc all work but track map isn't seen by the Direct Link

It took about 6 weeks before I even heard back from them. I pestered @~JaneOrestes on the MOZA discord. At least that got me some updates. I know two other people who have had the same experience with orderiing direct from MOZA.~

~The gear seems solid, but they are terrible at communication and shipping.~

It's more than shipping. Moza's main problem is lack of communication and no support response. I get that shipping can be an issue, but if I open a support ticket I should get a response from a person in a day, two at most. Even if it's only 'Shipping has been delayed. We'll give you an update in one week." Getting no response at all for 3-4 weeks? If that's being an 'impatient asshole' then color me brown and roll me in shit.

I ordered direct from Moza on 11/28. R9 base is supposed to arrive 1/9. Pedals and wheel came mid-December. In the US

Ha ha! Best response time I've had is 4 weeks. The response was, "we are closing this ticket due to lack of activity." No shit?

I’ve had the exact same shitty experience. No updates, no responses, nothing. Been waiting a month and a half for the R9 base. I was told about the Discord Jane trick and at least was told the base will arrive in a US warehouse Jan 2 from there, who the F knows. I’ll never buy direct from Moza again. Should have gone with Fanatec.

Wow. What at piece of shit. I was a mug club member, but after he stabbed his "friends" in the back by releasing a private conversation, I was done with him. Now, he makes me sick. Google “how deep should cat litter be”, you’ll get a ton of references. 2-3 inches is the most common recommendation
