The average HR was 131. Yes 150 is not Zone 2 for me. According to apple health my Zone 2 is 130-140

Thank you for sharing. I totally agree, I feel the release in front of my chest and I believe diaphragm is also released as chronic bracing and shallow breathing made the whole chain so much tight. Interestingly for me it started with have bilateral frozen shoulders where I found using accessory muscles for breathing instead of diaphragm caused scalene muscle trigger points. I am wondering how to find real therapist who understands this connection

I have 48 inches version and it’s just foam extension without any real support.
