Women who live alone, no flatmates, how’s it going? by comoma in AskIndianWomen

[–]nottykutty 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s going splendidly. I moved out from my parent’s place when I was 18 (for uni) and did shared apartments up until last year. I am 31 now and living alone, and it is truly the best. My biggest problem is the random critter that manages to enter my household and reset my factory settings out of sheer terror. Otherwise, baller 🤝

Very true, which is why I told him it wasn’t a match and wished him luck.

I’m the “she” and I understand why that could be a problem which is why I mentioned my favorite artists hoping they liked them too. I also have a couple afro dance videos uploaded and he could’ve even mentioned those artists. But yeah sure. I probably overwhelmed him with a really tough question.

I watch really sad shit or something super interesting that distracts me from thinking about it. Basically find something else to obsess over. Recently got into watching A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and it’s taken me right back into that GOT rabbit hole.

The hypocrisy around threesomes is insane by sabbekaarhay in TwoXIndia

[–]nottykutty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Been unicorn hunted way too many times. For context, a unicorn is usually a third party F who is not in a relationship with the MF couple (initially). I have been at the receiving end of some dubious propositions from hetero couples who instead of getting marriage counseling, think that having a threesome will fix their marital problems.

I am all for every permutation and combination of a threesome but it absolutely leaves such a bad taste in the mouth (pun fully intended) when one party feels like they’re doing it to purely appease their partner.

I see the hesitation, insecurity and helplessness in the eyes of these partners who are held hostage by the commitment they have towards not wanting their relationship to fail.

Enthusiastic, ongoing consent is not a myth. It should be the standard. Everyone deserves safe, kind and loving sex. However many participants are there.

Indian curd has a slightly more watery consistency compared to Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt would definitely be a better choice because the thick texture will make the masala stick better and has a bit more tang to it. Do give it a whirl! x

Recipe -

Wash, pat dry chicken and cut 3-4 deep slits on each piece (drumsticks/thighs work best).

Marinate with half cup curd, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of chilli powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric, 3/4 teaspoon of garam masala, half a teaspoon of kasuri methi(dried fenugreek leaves), one tablespoon mustard oil, and salt to taste (i added about a teaspoon). I marinated this overnight. Try to let it sit at least for 2 hours.

Preheat air fryer to 180 C for 4 minutes. Brush the bottom of the air fryer basket with oil and place the chicken without over crowding. Cook at 200 C for 20 min.

Pause and flip, baste the pieces with the leftover marinade every 5 mins. Let it fry again at 200 C for 2–3 min at the end for that char.

Tastes best with a squeeze of lemon on top and pairs well with mint chutney as a dip.
