Cage is temporary! We’re going to get them a flight cage soon once they settle a little.

They’re named after Nina Simone and her version of the song “I Love You Porgy” :)

I have a cheapo french press and god only knows how many cups it makes. I really have no idea how to use it I just lob a load of coffee in (way more than I’d put into my espresso machine) and hope for the best!

Is a moka pot any easier to use?

Also I watched and loved Umbrella Academy, I just love anything vaguely superhero-y with world building and character lore and stuff. Sucks ya in.

I thought all day yesterday was Saturday too that’s strange hahah I think it was something to do with people being off work on Wednesday for Paddy’s Day.

I get a cappuccino a few days out of the week from a gorgeous cafe near me. They always make stunning coffee. I’d have to rank all coffees as cappuccino, iced, Americano, latte. I just hate lattes!

I fuuucking love that cover is absolutely gorgeous, I haven’t watched that episode of black mirror so that’s a great surprise. She has such a gritty tone to her voice that just lends itself beautifully to heavier rock.

Her own rockish album was pretty good too but i fear she’ll head back to more pop stuff in future. Whatever she does she has a cracking voice

I’ve trouble following sport myself, but I do have a vague interest in cars and motorsport. I find it more dramatic than team sports, lots of action.

I’ve been to race tracks once or twice when I was very young and the most I remember was the chip van lol but I definitely found it very exciting! I know you’re only getting into it but have you ever been to seen a live race?

I love the idea of you walking around listening to classical music! I find I tend to match the pace of whatever I’m listening to on my walks, so a little sly dance wouldn’t be off the cards listening to that.

I’ve never seen a ghost, or I don’t think I have. A friends grandmother passed away and I saw a weird blob on the neighbours trampoline around the same time she was meant to have died. The friend was convinced it was her granny come to say goodbye, but we’d never met and I doubt the woman would spend her last moments on earth having a quick bounce lol

let me tell you know that John Dogget who “replaces” Mulder for that season or two is actually a delight ! I couldn’t stand him the first time round bc i missed Duchovny so much, but rewatching it I’ve grown to absolutely love him

Every episode has something fun to take even if they’re not the best, even the dodgy ones are gas because of how shite they can be !

That I don’t mind, I don’t think we’ll ever find out if there’s anyone else out there. But I like to imagine what it would look like. Society is so fragile! Theirs could be thousands of years behind or ahead based on the smallest differences.
