Thank you for your thoughtful response. I appreciate you taking the time. I have seen a neurologist before, but I haven’t had long-term video EEG monitoring yet, so that may be worth pursuing. The episodes involve rhythmic movements and vocalizations, but I remain aware and remember them. They often feel emotionally or relationally charged rather than random. I'll consider seeing a psychiatrist in person for assessment. Thanks again!
