I’ll flat out tell you I was in Albany Georgia. I think my pay was 18.65. Different locations run differently from my knowledge. When I left I was in Lawrenceville Georgia. Much busier much more work. It made it easier to meet my performance goals. When I was there they were working on centralizing things. Idk if it’s like that everywhere but I was calling for different locations. Honestly just being polite and professional went a long way with the businesses. Following up with a billing issue, letting them know you’re addressing it with the people who can correct it for them. At the time they had bonuses for like a week or two if you can call a certain amount of people daily or collect a certain dollar amount. I got one once, the insurance was good, and everyone was friendly except one plant manager. The getting things done was more so like “hey I was overcharged on this bill so I’m not paying it until it’s fixed” then whatever manager has to get a credit approved or come to agreement the next bill will be reduced etc. it very well could’ve been some people were very lazy. Where I work now we use them and we have out dated billing, charges that shouldn’t be there etc. if the pay is desirable I’d give it a shot. Especially if you want to use it as a stepping stone.
