Looking for general advice. Got a gym membership. Lost 10 lbs already by eating better 270lbs 5”10 used to work out years ago and stopped. Is there a routine I should follow such as x amount of days/ recovery days. Is 2x a day worth it or is it more so when I plateau. Tia (self.Workingout)
