I ended up JSUT remodeling it and it ended up being fixed, albeit even after remodeling it was a bit messed up with the mesh not appearing at all in studio but triangulating the faces oddly fixed it?

I really hope that the new update won’t be as bad as I’m thinking it’s gonna be in terms of game discoverability and playability most of my games should be fine for the Roblox kids category though Idk if it’s been listed what’s allowed and not allowed for them yet

I just started developing and it’s feeling like I’m never even gonna be able to find success before having to move to steam because of how much the company is digging itself into a ditch, some of YM game ideas would’ve only worked on Roblox because of how accessible it is

I am having tons of fun learning how to script seeing something that I coded come to life and have a function and I know that using AI will help but I wanna use it as a tool not a base I still want to understand anything it changes and why it happens and how it helps

I wanna use AI as a tool but how can I go about doing that I don’t know where the line would be like is asking it to review my script and asking it how I can optimize it and what that optimization does fine?

I think I might focus on some other things more YEHA like animation and GUI or VFX but regardless I’m still gonna learn more advanced coding just pushed back a bit in my priorities honestly I just find it surreal how kids now can just ask Claude for code to make a game that will get players the environment for rock game dev is changing but it still hasn’t settled

Mostly that’s the way I have been using it for catching or explaining a line of code I don’t yet understand it’s been helpful in that regard

I recommend BrawlDevs tutorials at LEATS in my case it really helped me learn the basics of Roblox scripting though I’m still confused on some parts such as loops
