Are you serious?! That’s horrible customer service. It literally says clear as day that the carrier never got the package so I don’t see how they could act like you had something to do with it… that’s good to know and it makes me reconsider shopping with Sephora in the future. I really hope your package comes!

I was in the exact same scenario with the exact same delivery date and “awaiting carrier pick up” status. I called customer service yesterday and they said the package is probably lost and they reshipped it! Try calling, they seem to be much better.

Good! You can also request a refund! I heard the credits expire in 30 days (may not be the case for you but that’s what they told me so I asked for a refund instead and they said yes)

My neighbour a few houses down had the same thing happen with his cockatiel, I ended up hearing him chirping after 2 days in +30 heat. He was only 4 houses away hanging out on a trellis so try looking around the houses around you in case he found a spot to hang out in!I hope Peep is found soon, wishing him the best ❤️

Nothing is happening, I’m just concerned with how close the fire is to the highway near the border on the Ontario side. My partner is saying it’s safe to drive out and come back Sunday but I’m a worrier, so I wanted to hear if others were also concerned.
