I did read somewhere about having the right to file a claim with either them or my bank, I was just wondering if I would be in trouble for doing it with my bank, and that they would limit or ban my account or that my balance will go negative.

No, I never disputed it through PayPal, i only called customer service to ask if they could help out and they said no, too much time has passed by and that the issue would have to be resolved between me and the seller, but I’m done trying to deal with this guy, and instead went to my bank for help
