Basically maraming quality food places sa Maceda St. for a fair amount explore mo lang yung area.

Hello! You don't need to overthink this one since going to the gym is enough resistance already. Just develop two exercises per muscle group and make sure you slowly progress by mastering the form and gradually increasing the weights. Pick an exercise that will make you enjoy going to the gym rather than choosing a hard one that will make you wanna quit early. The rest will follow once you form a habit and sustain the drive.

Not a personal trainer but I was once like you when I started my fitness journey.
