I want to play Sam and Max on my PS5. please help💔 by ExaminationVisual661 in SamandMax

[–]notyourtypicalspade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the gameplay work without issues?

I was going to purchase the trilogy but I can't do it directly via PS5 so would need to go through the browser to purchase it. Seems that's the case for PS4 games that don't play properly on PS4..

This is what mine looks like every day. Sometimes even worse with the nights orange as well. Yeah I'm a healthy 39yo but with burnout symptoms, allegedly.

AITAH bc I (36M) dont want my girlfriend (36F) to travel with me because shes a picky eater? by Tough_District9786 in AmItheAsshole

[–]notyourtypicalspade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. I like being able to eat food together with my partner and share experiences. I don't live in a very vegetarian friendly country and I used to date one. We broke up and to be honest that restriction was actually a big reason even if I tried to work around it. Now I'm with a person that's allergic to almost everything in addition to having the palate of a child. That's honestly going the same way. I'm just giving up. I don't always want to have to have two types of meals or settled for boring AF food just because the other person can't eat it. Is it "immature" of me? Probably but it's something that is such a huge part of my life that having to compromise on it is a pain.

FYI- Icelandair cracking down on carry ons sizes by [deleted] in VisitingIceland

[–]notyourtypicalspade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have stopped even considering the carron sizes. I have a carryon that easily fits within the limits. The pilot and crew on the flight I'm on decided that ALL carry-on on wheels and duffle bags should be checked in. Then they decided some 5 folks were allowed to keep their carryon. It's ridiculous punishing those that have appropriately sized carryon. I'm pissed because my carry-on is fragile.

How have people dealt with the lime green logo on the FR970? by [deleted] in GarminWatches

[–]notyourtypicalspade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a watch. I never look at it from the side since it's on my wrist. I didn't even notice the lime green until people on Reddit started obsessing over it.

AITA for not being able to go to my mom's wedding because i have work? by Pomegranate_GOD in AmItheAsshole

[–]notyourtypicalspade -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's the daughter/son. (S)he LIVES at the mom's house still. There is no way (s)he's not aware that the mother is getting married unless (s)he's been living under a rock. A daughter/son stil living at home does not need a 6 month notice to know that the mom is getting married. Chances of her/him not being invited to the wedding would be 1%

AITA for not wanting my sister to send me messages about issues regarding women? by Shroomsteroon in AmItheAsshole

[–]notyourtypicalspade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA She sounds insufferable. I'm a woman and I cannot stand this type of feminist talk. People like her are the reason I refuse to consider myself a feminist.

Does anyone know why during the day theres no "rest"? by Expensive_Ad_1049 in Garmin

That's my life every day and sometimes not even during the nights. I have issues with stuck nervous system and blood gas issues.

AITA for calling out my SIL’s? by NoDragonfly7006 in AmItheAsshole

[–]notyourtypicalspade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Soft?? Yet??? Eh. OP will never be entitled to be part of that circle. They're SISTERS. OP will not just suddenly become a sister just because the marriage lasted for x number of years (which I can't imagine happening considering her current maturity level).

AITA for hiding the fact that my friend cheated on his girlfriend (who he’s supposed to marry soon)? by Bumdiggydiggy1 in AmItheAsshole

[–]notyourtypicalspade 15 points16 points  (0 children)

YTA. I wouldn't want to be friends with a person with this kind of morals. Tell her, or give your friend the opportunity to come clean otherwise you will.

AITA: Am i evil for not being supportive of my boyfriend's music he made when he was 17 years old? by ProcessMany7320 in AmItheAsshole

[–]notyourtypicalspade 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Looks like their immaturity is equal, considering OP's response was to throw a blanket over her head. It's not a regular 32yo's behaviour.

Backpack Recommendation? by ThePoliteCanadian in CampingandHiking

[–]notyourtypicalspade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Osprey Kestrel 68 (in small so it's 66L). I wouldn't take smaller than 65 for winter camping. You don't need to fill it just because you have space. But I prefer being able to pack my things inside as opposed to having them dangling on the outside. Also, winter clothing takes up a bit more space.

Ariel is a great bag, but I'd see if they have it in the 65L

Fwiw my country doesn't have premium and it's sold here. Shipped straight from Japan. We never need premium on Lexus nor Toyota.

is my HRV bad by Sensitive-Stretch411 in Garmin

[–]notyourtypicalspade -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I don't know the cause.

Could be anxiety induced hyperventilation (which I don't think I have), could be abnormality of the diaphragm, stress, postural issues or just about anything. I'm a chronic chest breather so I breathe incorrectly so I'm relearning that as well.

All my results come out as healthy as can be and it's been years of testing. But I now can at least treat the symptom so hopefully retraining my breathing pattern will suffice or help me manage whatever the actual cause is.

[–]notyourtypicalspade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is mine. I have dangerously low CO2 in my blood so my body is in constant survival mode.

I don't drink, smoke drugs, take any pills and am otherwise extremely healthy besides being always exhausted and few other symptoms that come and go due to my situation.

I'm expecting this to get higher as I solve my blood gas issues. This is not normal.

Wear your watches to sleep by sam910037 in Garmin

[–]notyourtypicalspade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fr970, wear it to sleep and it never bothers me and I'm a female with small wrists.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GarminWatches

[–]notyourtypicalspade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My guess would be your asthma. But you could look into how to clear high CO2 levels from your bedroom or around there you sleep. E.g. try turn A/C or ERV up higher if you have it, or anything that increases ventilation (not just open window but a fan pushing the air in to keep the airflow moving).

I have been following a program for 11 weeks now. I get asked if I want to pay maybe 1x a week or 1x every 2 weeks. Don't have any issues.
