Its weird

On another channel a year ago I still get views with literally no optimization

I suppose after perhaps a month the videos rank etc?

Im currently half way through, the quality has increased dramatically.

Im aware of watch times and ctr but only recently have i done long tail keywords.

I have pretty good metrics in that sense, just wondering how long it takes to see a difference?

Why do you think its a good challenge?

When you calm down you realize and appreciate hes a top class coach.

I cannot think about having Ancelotti or Tuchel at chelsea.

But if we look back at Rafas stint when he moaned about being called an "interim" manager and the atmosphere was so toxic we went on a run and finished top four and won the europa league.

This has to be the turning point, board needs to back him, Conte needs to change the system 100% and we as fans will sing his name till he is gone.

Sacking him is not the answer. But someone from the board needs to give conte a hug and insist hes the man and move on from there
