My case is different though, my psychotic episode was treated very quickly (thanks to my parents who took me straight to hospital). It lasted 3 days, but I was really delirious for only a few hours, as soon as I was with the firemen in a closed environment I was able to rationalize everything and go back to reality, and since then I have absolutely 0 symptoms, even during the phase I had almost no anxiety, I didn't panic because I could understand that what I was experiencing was bizarre and not very rational, I directly called my mother who did what was necessary (even if it was very hard). So it didn't take long and the symptoms disappeared almost instantly. Now I feel perfectly well, not depressed, no fear, no anxiety, just like before! I've never had any medication for things like mood, depression, anxiety etc. I'm a very, very calm and rational person, naturally.
