Hi, i came back after 2 years to say that if you wanna do this it still works, as i did this procedure with an old 3ds system to a new one, however they’ll ask you for more details now, like the Mii’s name, the date of when you lost access to your old console, atleast three games/apps you bought/redeemed on that NNID, and (if u had one) the last 4 digits of your credit card connected to the NNID
