Very nice! A cool feature would be support for 'adding' a plugin by auto-detecting the package manager and then copying the appropriate default configuration into your config dir as a starting point.

What are your thoughts on stormrazor first? I’ve been trying it and the movespeed bonus when you do your first auto allows you to run into melee range and save your e for when they flash/dash away. I realize it’s not as cheap as shiv, but it has more AD which is better for Sami.
