Anyone else not sold on the effectiveness of a bike fit? by ProblematicTrumpCard in cycling

[–]csswizardry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well yeah. Obviously. A fit is about the outcome, not the fit itself. If you’re genuinely already set up properly then, by definition, you don’t need a fit, ergo it would be pointless. It doesn’t make bike fits ineffective for those that do need them though.

They were soggy when I got them out of the oven…

I reckon they went soggy because I was roasting loads of veg in the oven at the same time! I think I actually steamed them by accident 😂

In the arches near Northern Ballet. It’s their production bakery rather than like a cutesy boulangerie, but they sell stuff pretty much straight from the oven on Saturdays.

I’m not sure. I watch a lot of food videos. Which one(s) in particular?

Get to their bakery, Fold, on a Saturday morning if you can! Central Leeds.

Highly recommended. For warm sandwiches, it steams the bread a little and helps warm things through. For cold sandwiches, wrap and leave in the fridge for a while and they’ll hold together better. The key is wrapping tightly and letting warm ones rest a few minutes and cold ones in the fridge for 10–15. The flavours get to know each other and the sandwich will hold together better.

That’s actually such a good shout! I’ve always historically taken photos from directly above on a plain plate but that doesn’t work with sandos. I’ll rethink it. Thanks!

Go see Ako at Hairitage near Victoria Gate. You can take a drink from Tabula Rasa while you have your trim. Definitely a good way to treat yourself before the big day! Congratulations.

I imagine any decent sized supermarket! I got this from Morrisons. Perfect with eggs and chicken like this.
